Empowering through Representation

As underrepresented founders ourselves, we aim to inspire our students to dream bigger and see a place for themselves beyond societal constraints - and to show them that they can.

02 GROW

Access to Diverse Resources and Network

We make connections and introductions to a diverse network of mentors, coaches, and professionals through intentional partnerships with other women- or BIPOC-led funds and organizations.

03 LAUNCH

Strategies to Overcome Challenges

We teach our students personal strategies and instruments we’ve used to stay resilient and creative when starting, growing, launching - and pivoting a business.
